she bought the bike had it shipped here she couldn't test drive it up to speed on the highway because traffic was bad during the Ladies in Leather Rally I will say this The sales staff was great the pricing was great, my complaint is 1,000% about the service department, or whoever's in charge of servicing a vehicle before they sell it to someone they sent this to us here in Dallas my wife specifically, someone sent this bike out to my wife who bought it said it had 170 point inspection, Also, she had a new front tire put on it from them before they sent / delivered it. What kind of dealer service department does this!!!!! We went on a ride here after they delivered it she says I'm shaking like a paint can during her 1st ride on the highway at highway speeds The demo that she took it on was during ladies and leather parade and she was happy with it she bought the bike had it shipped here she couldn't test drive it up to speed on the highway because traffic was bad during the rally. but check out the video that I am posting to this review UPDATE: The management did reach out to my wife, and arranged to pick up the bike from our house here in Dallas, take it back to their service department and give it a real multi point inspection. We were told by them that they did some personnel changes in the service department and have reinforced the etiquette of doing a more thorough inspection before any bike is delivered to its potential owners. Thanks to the crew for taking care of her bike. Although it is now several weeks later, it's back in her possession.

Service Department is lacking knowledgeable technicians. Bike was in the shop 22 1/2 weeks ( 159 days ) tracking down a problem. Cowboy said the bike was fixed gave it to me and it is still broken and doing the same thing. Not only that, they gave me the bike back 1 1/2 quarts low on oil after taking the motor apart and putting several miles on the bike testing. The way it looks, if a code does not come up on the computer or does not tell them what the issue is they can not figure it out. Cowboy was not waiting on parts or anything backordered, just waiting on someone to know what they are doing. Then to top it all off they damaged my paint, damaged my aftermarket lights and put several scratches on the bike. General Manager has not bothered to contact me one time in 6 months during this whole ordeal.
